There is an upstairs meeting area with a fireplace, widescreen TV connected to a cable service, and a kitchen area. There are tables and chairs available that can be configured to seat at least 40 people in this area. To make a rental reservation, use the button below.
Please note that this reservation includes the upstairs portion of the Town Hall building only. The lower level of Town Hall, Lake, Pool, Tennis Court, Basketball Court and surrounding green space grounds are for the use of all Residents and cannot be reserved for exclusive use.
During the warm weather months there is a beautiful fountain in the center of the lake. Fishing is permitted at the lake for residents of Village on the Green and it is stocked with Blue Gills, Bass and Catfish. There is a gazebo located at the lake that is a great resting spot and a very popular location for photos. Swimming is not permitted at the lake.
There is a network of paved walking and biking paths that connect many of the streets in Greentree. The starting point for most of these is the path around Crystal Lake. There is also a trail that starts at the playground area and another one that is located on the right side of the road as you enter the front entrance to Village on the Green off of Stephens Road.
