Village on the Green

About Us

The Village on the Green community actually consists of five different "villages" that are each unique in construction styles, property ownership, and services provided, but all share some common amenities such as the Towne Hall, Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, etc... These common amenities, plus the beautiful landscaping of common areas in all five villages are maintained through the VOG HOA fees that are paid by all homeowners. Raintree, Salt Run and Crystal Cove owners pay additional HOA fees for additional HOA provided services.

Initial ground work and construction for Village on the Green started in 1997. There are a total of 388 dwellings in the five communities that spread over 158 acres. Crystal Lake is a beautifully landscaped, 4.5 acre man-made lake in the center of the community. The following is a short description of each village:

Raintree	20	Attached Condos. Owners pay base VOG HOA fee plus an additional Raintree community HOA fee for building and grounds maintenance as well as snow removal.
Salt Run (Phase 1)	42	Attached Condos. Owners pay base VOG HOA fee plus an additional Salt Run community HOA fee for building and grounds maintenance as well as snow removal.
Salt Run (Phase 2)	26	Individual "patio homes." Owners pay base VOG HOA fee plus an additional Crystal Cove community HOA fee for grounds maintenance and snow removal.
Crystal Cove	51	Individual "patio homes." Owners pay base VOG HOA fee plus an additional Crystal Cove community HOA fee for grounds maintenance and snow removal.
Greentree	218	Individual homes. Owners responsible for all property maintenance and upkeep and pay only the base VOG HOA fee.
